Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using any app published by Sumant Mourya ("the developer"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, do not install or use the apps.

Licence to use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the apps, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
Redistribute, resell, sublicense or rent the apps
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notices
Repackage the apps or distribute modified or re-signed builds

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the apps to break any law, to harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, to interfere with emergency services, to circumvent telecommunications regulations including rules on automated or unsolicited calls and messages, or to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.

Call recording responsibility

Recline, together with Recline Helper, can record telephone calls. Laws about recording calls vary widely between countries and, in some countries, between states. Some require the consent of every party to the call; some require only one.

You are solely responsible for complying with the law that applies to you, including any obligation to notify the other party that a call is being recorded, and any restriction on storing, sharing or publishing a recording.

The developer provides the capability and makes no representation that recording is lawful in your jurisdiction or in any particular circumstance. Recordings must not be used to blackmail, defraud, harass, or unlawfully surveil any person.

The Recline Helper and privileged access

Recline Helper operates a capture service, activated by you through Shizuku, Android's Wireless debugging, an ADB command, or root. Enabling developer-level access on a device is your decision.

Only install the official Helper build, from this site. The two apps verify each other, so a copy from a third-party source will not connect — and should not be trusted.
The developer is not responsible for issues arising from rooting a device, from other apps granted privileged access, or from a modified build.
Availability of these mechanisms depends on your device, Android version and manufacturer. Some devices restrict them.

Fake Call responsibility

Recline's Fake Call feature simulates an incoming call locally on your device, for entertainment and personal privacy purposes only.

You are solely responsible for how you use it. It must not be used to deceive anyone for financial gain, to fabricate evidence, to evade legal or contractual obligations, or in any way that constitutes fraud or harassment. The feature never contacts a real number, a real person, or emergency services.

Marketplace terms (DealNest)

Once DealNest is released, the following applies in addition to the terms above.

DealNest is a discovery platform. Transactions, payments and fulfilment happen directly between buyer and seller.
The developer is not a party to any transaction, does not act as an agent for any seller, and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety or availability of any listed product or service.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for holding any licences their trade requires, and for complying with applicable consumer and tax law.
Listings that are fraudulent, illegal, misleading or abusive may be removed and the associated account suspended without notice.
Disputes between buyers and sellers are settled between those parties.

Gym management terms (GymDesk)

Once GymDesk is released, the following applies in addition to the terms above.

You are the data controller for every member and staff record you enter. You are responsible for collecting that information lawfully and for honouring your members' rights over it.
The primary copy of your data is on your device. If you do not subscribe to the cloud backup, losing, resetting or wiping the device loses the data. The developer cannot recover it.
The optional backup subscription is sold through Google Play and governed by Google's terms. Cancellation is handled in the Play Store.
The app is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and invoices it generates may need adapting to your local requirements.

Advertising

Some apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob, which keeps them free to use. Ads are never shown during active calls, on incoming call screens, over the lock screen, or during a recording. The developer does not control which specific ads are served and is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they link to.

Intellectual property

The apps, this website, their source code, designs, names and logos are the property of Sumant Mourya and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create — vendor listings, member records, reply templates — remains yours; publishing it through a marketplace feature grants a licence to display it within the app for that purpose.

Disclaimer of warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The developer does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android skin. Call handling and recording depend on your device, your operating system, your manufacturer's modifications and your carrier — recording in particular is not guaranteed to work, or to capture both sides, on every device.

Do not rely on these apps for emergency communication. Always use your device's native emergency calling for emergencies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, recordings, business records, profits or revenue, or for missed calls or messages, arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. The developer may suspend or terminate access to server-backed features if these terms are breached. The sections on intellectual property, warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the apps after a change constitutes acceptance.
